Program Duration

The program begins once you receive your customized plan and continues for the duration of your selected package.

Program Components

A personalized fitness plan tailored to your goals. A personalized nutrition plan tailored to your goals. Coaching. Community. Ongoing support and communication through the app.

Client Responsibilities

As a participant in this program, you agree to:

• Complete the onboarding steps and submit your new client questionnaire promptly.

• Follow the program guidelines as provided, including workout routines, nutritional advice, and any other recommendations.

• Submit your check-ins on time, providing accurate updates on your progress. This allows your coach to monitor your results and adjust your program as needed to ensure you stay on track toward your goals.

• Communicate openly with Fagan Twins coaches via the app regarding your progress, any challenges, or concerns.

• Respect the program timeline and engage with the program materials as directed.

Payment Terms

You have agreed to the payment terms as outlined at the time of purchase. The program fee is non-refundable, and all payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule.

Program Changes and Adjustments

The program is personalized to your needs and may be adjusted based on your progress and feedback. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal information shared by you during the program will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of providing personalized coaching and support.

Health and Medical Disclaimer

By participating in this program, you confirm that you have consulted with a healthcare professional before starting any new diet, fitness, or wellness program. You acknowledge that Fagan Twins Coaching LLC and its coaches are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during your participation in the program.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement if the terms are not being met. Termination by the client will not result in a refund.
