As such, we assume no responsibility for the actions or non-compliance of other Users and do not act as insurers for any liabilities arising from their conduct.
2. Eligibility
By engaging with or utilizing the Services in any manner, clicking a button, or performing a similar action to indicate your affirmative acceptance of this Agreement, you hereby declare that:

3. Access Grant
You are granted a revocable license to use the Services, contingent upon your compliance with this Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes but is not limited to:
Members of Group Communities:
Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.
Content Creators and Group Admins:
Use must be for your own or your organization’s benefit and with proper authorization.
Access Privileges:

4. Acceptable Use Policy
By using the Services, you agree that you will:
Only use the Services for lawful purposes.Not disrupt, harm, or interfere with other users or the platform.Not use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization. Not copy, distribute, or exploit content unless for personal, non-commercial use.Provide accurate information.Not overload, disable, or interfere with servers or networks.Not access systems or services without authorization.Not use bots or other automated tools. 6. Payment Terms
Timely Payment:
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize to charge your chosen payment method in advance for all Subscription Fees. We may adjust fees with 30 days’ notice via email. All fees are non-refundable and billed at the start of each term, regardless of usage. Additional fees may apply to some services. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or cancellation.

Subscription Term & Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions are billed monthly, yearly, or otherwise as specified. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellation:
You or may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, fees remain due for the remainder of the billing term. No refunds for partial billing periods. Access will continue until the end of the current term, after which your account may be archived.

Transactions:
All transactions between Users and Project Scale Coaching LLC are governed by this Agreement and any applicable third-party payment provider terms.
7. User Contributions and Content
By submitting User Content, you confirm that you own it or have rights to share it. You grant us a perpetual, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in relation to our business. Feedback submitted is also licensed to us under these same terms.
8. Good Samaritan Policy & Complaints
We do not tolerate illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We will make good faith efforts to remove such content and encourage users to report violations to

9. Ownership of Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership to you.
10. Copyright Policy
We may terminate users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights. If you believe your content has been infringed, refer to our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a notice.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By agreeing to this Agreement, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Interactions
We are not responsible for content or services on third-party sites or advertisements accessed through our platform. Use them at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless from any claims, losses, or damages related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of this Agreement.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
15. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the two months prior to the issue—or $100, whichever is greater.
16. Resolution of Disputes (Arbitration Agreement)
You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, not court (with limited exceptions).
Before arbitration, both parties must attempt informal resolution.

18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. All terms intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
19. General Terms
This Agreement does not create a partnership or employment relationship.
It is governed by California law and the Federal Arbitration Act.
If any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
